Spinning Fitness Program at Ultimate Fitness

Program Overview

At Ultimate Fitness, our indoor spinning classes are a “look forward to” event. Each class is lead by Ultimate Fitness owner Sara Ellis, who coaches with music and a large screen video to help riders synchronize their pedaling for sprints, climbs, and jumps. Our terrain-based spin classes are designed to improve a rider’s outdoor skill set and increase endurance while providing an intense cardio workout. ultimate-fitness-23Whether you’re an avid cyclist or just a casual rider looking to get in shape, our spinning programs are an excellent way to help you improve your performance and have fun while you’re at it. It is recommended that spin participants be prepared to drink lots of water. Indoor spinning requires a significant amount of exertion and causes a lot of perspiration. We recommend that 30ml of water be consumed for each minute of spin. This could be adjusted depending on your weight and skill level. Please consult with your trainer if you need to learn more.
