Marin Moms! Why not start your Tuesday mornings with a great cardio workout?

Announcing a new Spin Class just for busy Marin mom’s.

Drop the kids off at school and head over to Ultimate Fitness for a great cardio workout followed by our special stretching and strength training program: Floor, Core & More!

This new class is designed just for beginners and people who may have some experience with spinning or strength training. Our program provides a great workout but is not too intense. So don’t be concerned if you’re fit enough to participate.

This special class is lead with a certified instructor who coaches you though each step of the spinning program to ensure that you’re safe and building strength and confidence with each workout session. This great new class is held in our clean and friendly facility that’s conveniently located right on Miller Avenue in the heart of Mill Valley.

In our Tuesday morning class, you’ ll be training with others, just like you, who want to improve their overall fitness and health. And each workout session offers these great benefits:
