Yesterday I celebrated my 6 year anniversary at Ultimate Fitness and how fitting it was that it was my scheduled day to work out with my trainer Syndee.  I continue to train at Ultimate Fitness because it keeps me on track with staying in the best overall condition I can be in and helping me maintain my 70 pound weight loss.
